I have an access code, how to activate my account?

Follow below steps to sign up:
a. Click on https://myinsights.in.pearson.com
b. Click on Sign up , and enter voucher code
c. Fill in basic details like – email Id*, password (verify your email by clicking on the link provided in your email)
d. Enter profile details, and you are good to go!

I don’t have an access code, how to activate my account?

Without access code, you cannot activate your account. You need to buy the relevant product by visiting the packages page. Once you buy the product, you will get the access code on your registered email Id. Then you can activate the account by signing up directly.

My access code is not working. What should I do?

Access code is a 10-digit number. Please make sure you are putting it right. Double check if there is any space in between or at the end of the code.

I haven’t received verification email. What should I do?

Please check whether you have entered the correct email id without any error. Also, check your spam folder as well. You can re-try the sign-up with voucher code to resend the verification link.

I need to change my password. What should I do?

Click on forgot password on the login page and follow the steps mentioned.

My account is showing that it’s expired. What should I do?

As per your package, the validity of your product has expired. If you want to continue using the product, please buy another package. Or for any query, you can directly reach out to us at https://in.pearson.com/Support/contact-support-center.html .

I have forgotten my username, what should I do?

Your registered email ID is your username

Website is not loading or is it taking very long to load?

Please check your internet speed. Make sure you have a good connection for the proper functioning of the website. Refresh your page (ctrl + R) and try again.

I have already paid, but my account is not active yet. What should I do?
